The crane according to GB3836.1-2000 "Explosive gas environment with explosion-proof electrical equipment part I: General requirements" and GB3836.2-2000 "Explosive gas environment with explosion-proof electrical equipment part II: According to the provisions of flameproof type "D", when the motor and electric are flameproof type and the explosion-proof level is ExdIICT4, the operation structure shall be treated with fireproof flower. The whole machine conforms to JB/T10219-2001 "explosion-proof beam crane", the explosion-proof grade is ExdIIBT4, ExdIICT4, with reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, explosion-proof characteristics. The whole machine is matched with Hb, BCD explosion-proof electric hoist. Its maximum lifting weight is 63T. Explosion-proof beam crane has three forms:
1. LXB explosion-proof electric single beam suspension crane.
2. LB explosion-proof electric single beam crane.
3. LHB explosion-proof electric hoist bridge crane The working level is A3-A4, and the working environment temperature is -25ºC~40ºC.
The crane is suitable for factory explosion-proof level is not higher than B or C, ignition temperature group is not lower than T4 (135ºC) group of combustible gas, steam and air formed in the explosive gas environment, the use of the dangerous area is 1 or 2 area, is not applicable to 0 area.
Note: Zone 0: under normal conditions, explosive gas mixtures appear continuously, frequently for a short time or exist for a long time.
Zone 1: Under normal circumstances, explosive gas mixtures are likely to occur.
Zone 2: Under normal circumstances, explosive gas mixture can not appear, only in abnormal circumstances may have equipment failure or operation, occasionally a short period of time.
