Product Description

The liquid metal is poured into a casting cavity suitable for the shape and size of the parts, and then it is cooled and solidified to obtain the blank or parts called casting parts.
We can produce parts with complex shapes, especially blanks with complex inner cavities.And metal materials commonly used in industry can be cast.We are capable of precision casting of complex castings of various alloys, especially high temperature alloy castings.
Our casting surface has no cold isolation, cracks, scratches, deformation and corrosion, etc. The molding sand, core sand, sticky sand and core bone on the casting have been cleaned; The fleshy, burr, flying edge and pouring riser on the casting should be leveled with the surface; Where the casting has a slant, its dimensional tolerance is symmetrically arranged along the inclined plane; Casting error and casting deviation have been corrected to achieve smooth transition and ensure appearance quality.
The surface finish of investment casting is higher than that of general precision casting, generally up to Ra.1.6~3.2μm.The dimensional accuracy of investment casting is generally up to CT4-6, that of sand casting is CT10~13, and that of die casting is CT5~7.
The casting will be cleaned and the excess will be recovered before we deliver. The removal requirements of riser residue, sticky sand, oxide scale and inner cavity residue are in accordance with the technical specifications or mutually agreed by the buyer and us. After plasma cutting the casting, we machined to remove the heat affected zone.When the buyer has requirements for magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic inspection, X-ray inspection, etc., we will carry out inspection according to the technical requirements of the buyer, and the frequency and quantity of inspection shall be agreed by both parties.
We use casting simulation analysis system software to make every effort to ensure the success of one-off test samples.
In the production process, we will carry out strict inspection on the products, including tensile test, impact test, hardness test, metallographic test, surface quality test, geometric size, dimensional tolerance, chemical composition analysis, non-destructive testing and so on.Our test equipment is not only advanced in the industry, but also very complete in range. They are the hardware guarantee to ensure that we continue to provide high quality products to our customers.
The casting parts shall have our logo, the location and size of the logo shall be determined by both parties. When casting parts leave the factory, we will attach the quality certificate signed by the inspection department, which contains the following contents: our name and logo, part number and contract number, material brand number, batch number, inspection results and standard number. 
For the transportation of castings, both parties shall agree on the means of packaging and transportation
