Structural features

Key points of straightening process: find the maximum bending part of the tongue rail by visual inspection, ruler or string line, determine the loading support distance and bending amount, and use the loading head to reverse bending load at the maximum bending part. Unload, check the straightening effect, and then load again. This is repeated until the part meets the straightening requirements for this purpose. Check the entire rail, and then straighten the other bend until it is all straightened. The whole straightening process is a trial and error process, production efficiency is very low, labor intensity is high, and the straightening quality is not high. The worker's experience and skill are the determining factors of straightening quality.
Key points of top bending process: determine the loading support distance and bending amount, bending deformation of the tongue rail at the bending point; After unloading, the measuring tool is used to check the size of bending deformation, determine the size of the second load support distance and bending amount, and bend again until the requirements are reached.

Regulation measures for tongue rail wear
Replace the straight pointed rail or curved basic rail that has been seriously sidelined. Before replacement, pay attention to check the linearity of the tongue rail and the bending vector of the curved basic rail. During replacement, pay attention to adjust the position of the first bending point, and control it at -10-0mm; After replacement, cooperate with electrical department to adjust the vertical cutting part of the straight pointed rail, so that the cutting part of the tongue rail is completely consistent with the curved basic rail, especially to ensure that the tip of the tongue rail is close together;
The tongue rail is carefully adjusted to ensure that the four top rails are firm and close together (the gap is controlled within 1mm);
The geometric state of the turnout and its front and rear lines should be comprehensively regulated. For the high and low level state, the electric tamping rod is used for overall track starting and tamping, especially the tamping of the frog part and the switch part, to eliminate the empty suspension plate, keep the smoothness of the track surface and the uniform elasticity under the track, and to control the horizontal deviation within 2mm. The gauge of each part is adjusted comprehensively, and the gauge deviation is controlled in -1~1mm. A rail bender is used to correct the small bend of the straight basic rail to ensure that the rail on one side of the straight basic rail is straight.

Inspection of straightening quality
The inspection content of tongue rail straightening quality is as follows:
Whether there is a straightening crack, indentation depth.
Working edge straightness of straight rail; Whether the curved rail is smooth and has no hard bend.
Straightness of tip rail top (no reduced value part).
Flatness of the bottom of a tongue rail.

Detection method
Detection of straightening crack and indentation depth:
Strengthen the self-inspection in production, when the bending quantity is large, should strengthen the inspection. Use a magnifying glass to observe whether there are surface cracks in the rail straightening, and use vernier calipers to measure the indentation depth. Because the indentation depth is relatively small, it is difficult to measure directly, and the error is large, so it should be measured with the help of auxiliary tools.
Inspection of straightness of working edge and straightness of rail top:
The straightness of the working edge of the straight rail and the straightness of the rail top are the important contents of the straightening detection of the straight rail. The straightness directly affects the shape and position accuracy of the turnout. Straightness is one of the key indicators to determine whether the straightening is qualified.
String detection method: This detection method has the advantages of convenient installation and detection, and is not limited by location. It can be tested in the straightening process or the switch test laying or even the line site. The testing tool is simple and easy to carry. Disadvantages: string is kneading material, measurement is not easy to control, using steel ruler for measurement, accuracy is not high.
Platform detection method: the advantages of the detection method: measuring precision height, can meet the high speed tongue rail straightening quality detection requirements. Disadvantages: It requires a specially designed test platform, and the measurement and installation process is multiple and complex. The test efficiency is low, and the test can only be performed in the factory.
Quality inspection of curved rail top bend:
The quality inspection of the top bend of curved rail includes roundness detection and support distance detection. Roundness detection is carried out through the circular arc sample, and support distance detection is carried out on the detection platform.
tongue rail bottom flatness detection:
The bottom plane of the tongue rail needs to be detected on the detection platform. The tongue rail and the standard basic rail are placed in place on the detection platform, and the gap between the tongue rail and the standard pad is detected with a feeler.
