 The products supplied by us are all in strict accordance with the ISO9001:2008 quality management system and are well recognized by our customers.
Our products are manufactured according to international standards such as ISO, UIC, ASTM, DIN, BS, JIS, AS… Every product supplied by us are strictly inspected before shipment, we have passed inspection by SGS, BV… Our products are not only approved by Chinese railways but also overseas railway authorities.



Packaging & Delivery

1. Packing: it is nude packed in bundles by steel wire rod

2. Bundle weight: not more than 3.5MT for bulk vessel; less than 3 MT for container load

3. Marks:

Color marking: There will be color marking on both end of the bundle for the cargo delivered by bulk vessel. That makes it easily to distinguish at the destination port.

Tag mark: there will be tag mark tied up on the bundles. The information usually including supplier logo and name, product name, made in China, shipping marks and other information request by the customer.

If loading by container the marking is not needed, but we will prepare it as customer request.     

4. Transportation: the goods are delivered by truck from mill to loading port, the maximum quantity can be loaded is around 40MTs by each truck. If the order quantity cannot reach the full truck loaded, the transportation cost per ton will be little higher than full load.

5. Delivered by container or bulk vessel
 

1. Delivery Time: All the Hot Rolled Steel Rail will be transpoted at the port of Shanghai, China within 30 days after receiving the advance payment by T/T or the orginal L/C at sight.

Compared with other materials, the steel have a larger tolerance to bear more weight. BS90A Rail can disperse the weight of the steel tracks and keep the stability of the railway transportation. The stones under the steel tracks can supply a elasticity to the railroad tracks. During the common life, the steel tracks can lay on the base made of concrete and even can be embedded into concrete. Steel rail also can called railway track, steel railway track, etc. Steel rail is a metal groove or ridge that holds, guides, and reduces friction for a moving device or apparatus.   BS90A Rail can provide a continuous, smooth, and least resistance rolling surface for wheels. In electrified railway or automatic block sections, BS90A Rail can also be used as track circuits.BS90A Rail can be used as cheap rails for a disposable line, for example, if you need to move equipment in a factory, but the equipment is too heavy to be properly transported by car, you can use BS90A Rail to build a temporary line.
